Return Process

  Log into your Shop Fancy account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with their original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
